As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for successful leadership within the organization. This dynamic role will expose you to various aspects of retail operations, marketing, sales, and customer service. You will work closely with experienced managers and teams to gain hands-on experience in different functions while contributing to the overall success of the business.

You will –

  • Be in a rotational role in operations, marketing, sales, and customer service teams every few months in a one-year program
  • Assist with sales partnerships, marketing campaigns, customer focus groups, and various strategic company-wide projects that are critical for our business growth
  • Work cross-functionally to identify operational gaps and issues and proactively resolve them so that we can achieve excellent customer service and sales experience
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Be given other relevant ad hoc assignments when needed
