The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. 

You will also -

• Lead and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation standards.
• Be an expert in our products and continuously update knowledge of new arrivals and trends within the footwear industry
• Create and execute staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimize productivity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, managing customer complaints, etc.
• Oversee stocks in the storage room, manage inventory list, and manage the overall physical state of the stores.
• Have an initiative to assist with ad-hoc tasks.

• Passionate about customer service and experience maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
• Believes in Sunnystep brand mission and products
• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in footwear or apparel retail.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• A friendly demeanor and and a joy to work with
