Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to the overall success of the retail business.

You will also -

  • Greet customers who pass by or walk through the door in a friendly and approachable manner, and provide them with exceptional customer service
  • Be an expert in our products and in footwear in general, and provide honest recommendations to help customers find the right product and best fit
  • Follow up on customer orders and make sure all orders are properly fulfilled
  • Provide insights about operational processes, customer complaints, and product issues promptly
  • Answer all customer inquiries correctly and maintain good relationships especially with loyal customers
  • Organise stocks in the storage room, manage inventory list, and help keep the retail stores clean and organised at all times
  • Continuously update knowledge of new arrivals and trends within the footwear industry
  • Help colleagues and operations team whenever needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks whenever needed

  • A friendly demeanor and and a joy to work with

** Retail sales experience highly preferred but not required **
