We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who has a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of optimizing operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
You will also -
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, and service standard target and lead the front-line sales staff to achieve them
- Manage in-store operations in retail stores and department counters, that include but not limited to staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment
- Liaise with retail operations team and department store buyers on a regular basis
- Assist in hiring and training front-line sales staff so that we can provide the best service standard in the industry while helping sales staff achieve their highest potential and keeping the staff satisfaction level high
- Actively identify and solve any issues in store operations and people operations in a timely manner
- Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar
- Manage online operations that include but not limited to online partnerships, campaign planning, order fulfilment.
- Source and lead business partnerships to expand our sales channels and increase our brand awareness
You MUST be or have –
- Passionate about Sunnystep products and mission, and passionate about consumer products that impact people’s lives
- At least 3 years of hands on experience in a similar role
- A solid experience in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics
- A start-up / growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed
- Positive attitude and a kind heart
- Enjoy helping others and enjoy learning new things
